El cebiche de canchalagua
La canchalagua es una especie de marisco, un molusco de cuerpo blanco similar a la concha. / Canchalagua is a kind of seafood with a white body likely the "concha".
Ingredientes / Ingredients
100 gramos de canchalagua / 100 grammes of canchalagua
3 tomates / 3 tomatoes
3 pimientos / 2 peppers
2 cebollas perlas / 2 pearl onions
2 limones / 2 lemons
culantro / cilanter
Modo de preparación
Peel the pulp of the canchalagua. Dice the tomatoes, the onion and the pepper, put this ingredients with the canchalagua.
Blend 2 tomatoes with water and salt, then mix all the ingredients.
